Dr. Roshan Parikh — known across the industry as “Dr. Ro” — is a clinician-turned-operator (DDS + MBA) who brings something most GTM leaders can’t: he’s sat in the chair, run the practice, built the DSO, and advised the fund. 20+ years on both sides of the table: building healthcare platforms as a clinician-operator and advising PE firms on how to make them more valuable.

He founded Great Lakes Dental Partners in 2008, growing it from a single practice to 35 offices, 100+ dentists, and $60M+ in revenue before executing a PE recapitalization in 2015. He then built Walmart Health's dental division from launch, scaling it to 12 multi-modality healthcare centers across 3 states and 70%+ of aggregate topline revenue while managing a $20M+ annualized budget.

In 2022, he took the helm as President & CEO of dntl bar, a struggling NYC-based DSO, delivering 360% revenue growth, achieving an 88 NPS, expanding from 3 to 5 locations in 7 months, and leading a successful recapitalization in March 2023.. At VIVA Pediatric Healthcare, he reversed a 12%+ year-over-year revenue decline, shifted the enterprise from ($100K/month) cash burn to a 10% EBITDA run-rate, and championed a $25M PE family office investment.
